  Having had previous bad experience with warranty claims an Catterick Caravans not carrying the work out effectively, I didn't hold my breath for the next claim. I deliberately didn't contact them since raising the warranty claim probably 7 to 8 months ago. Having contacted them in January 2018 I was told the warranty Claim was authorised in August 2017 yet no one had contacted me. The explanation was that there had been problems with the email system. I asked about complaints process.... The lady in Service dept didn't know it. I have asked for a call back. It never came. The following day I rang again and was told the aftersales manager had just gone out.... Very convenient, but they would asked him to phone me the following day. Guess what? Still no contact. I would never buy another caravan from this dealer.
